Voyceio

Terms of Service

Last updated July 31, 2026

These terms govern your use of Voyceio. By creating an account, recording an update, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to them.

The service

Voyceio lets an organization collect short voice updates from invited team members, transcribe them, and deliver digests by email on a schedule the organization sets.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Admins are responsible for the people they invite and for the email addresses they add as digest recipients.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

  • Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the plan fee is charged.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
  • Plan limits (number of admins and recorders) are enforced in the product; exceeding them requires an upgrade.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel or manage payment details at any time from the billing portal.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

Your content

You retain ownership of the recordings, transcripts, and other content submitted through your organization. You grant Voyceio the limited rights needed to store, transcribe, summarize, and deliver that content to the recipients you designate. You are responsible for having the necessary consent from the people who record updates.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Voyceio to:

  • Record anyone without the consent required in their jurisdiction.
  • Upload unlawful, harassing, infringing, or malicious content.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email through the invite or prompt features.
  • Attempt to access another organization's data, or probe, scan, or disrupt the service.
  • Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.

Transcription and AI output

Transcripts and AI-generated summaries are produced automatically and may contain errors. They are provided for convenience and should not be treated as a verbatim or authoritative record.

Availability

We work to keep Voyceio available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyceio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for other customers. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
